Coconut Cake with Toasted Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

| A yummy coconut cake for my husband on his birthday. The recipe I used called for coconut milk as the liquid as well as toasted coconut in the batter. I added toasted coconut and coconut extract to the cream cheese frosting :o) You can actually see the coconut in the frosting. Yummmy, I was surprised there was enough left for the decorations! |
